Appointment Policy

Missed Appointments

When booking an appointment that time is set aside for you. I will always be ready for you when you arrive as I do not work back to back with my clients. In return, I ask that you show “Good Faith” and show up for your scheduled appointments on time.

Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from seeing other clients who may have needed that time. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.


If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone (778) 559-HEAL or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you can not reach me, please leave a message on my voice-mail or text message. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you can not keep your appointment, this policy will be applied.

Note: I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of our control i.e (sudden illness, family emergencies etc…) and so as your healthcare provider I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
